1.1. This User Agreement for AlpenBlack Bank services (hereinafter, the "Agreement") is a contract between the Client (referred to as "You") and AlpenBlack Bank (legal name ALJ Holding SA), a Swiss company with its registered office at Avenue Industrielle 12, 1227 Carouge GE, Switzerland.
2.1. AlpenBlack is a trading name of ALJ Holding SA.
2.2. AlpenBlack is an electronic wallet service that allows you to store and exchange virtual currencies, accept payments, transfer funds, and pay for various services.
2.3. AlpenBlack supports numerous virtual currencies, including AlpenBlack USD, AlpenBlack EUR, AlpenBlack RUB, AlpenBlack BTC, AlpenBlack ETH, AlpenBlack LTC, AlpenBlack BCH, and AlpenBlack USDT.
3.1. This Agreement governs the opening, use, and closure of your AlpenBlack Account and your use of all other related AlpenBlack services. Together with our AML/KYC Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions referenced herein, they constitute the binding agreement between You and us.
3.2. Your use of additional services may require you to accept supplementary terms and conditions, which will be notified to you when ordering or using such services.
4.1. Your AlpenBlack Account is an e-wallet that enables you to send and receive payments.
4.2. To use our services, you must first open an AlpenBlack Account by registering your details on our Website and providing the required documents and information as prompted.
4.3. If you are an individual, you must be 14 years of age or older to use our services.
4.4. You may only open an AlpenBlack Account if it is legal to do so in your country of residence.
5.1. You may close your AlpenBlack Account at any time by contacting the Support Team.
5.2. If your Account holds a balance at the time of closure, we will ask you to withdraw your funds within 30 days.
6.1. You agree to cooperate with all requests made by us to identify or authenticate your identity.
6.2. We reserve the right to close, suspend, or limit access to your Account if we are unable to verify your information.
7.1. AlpenBlack Wallet: Allows you to store funds, pay for services, and transfer money.
7.2. AlpenBlack Transfers: Enable you to send electronic money worldwide.
7.3. AlpenBlack Exchange: Allows you to purchase electronic money in another currency.
8.1. It is not permitted to use AlpenBlack Services for any illegal purposes.
8.2. AlpenBlack will report any suspicious activity to the relevant law enforcement agency.
9.1. Your AlpenBlack Account is operated in Switzerland, and this Agreement shall be governed by Swiss law.
